Head Surgeon Stodůlka at the AECOS Symposium in Prague
Pavel Stodůlka participated in the AECOS Congress, which took place from June 7 to 9 in Prague. This event was particularly significant for him as he handed over the presidency of the AECOS European Section to Sheraz Daya from London after a two-year term.
Stodůlka opened the congress with a Presidential Dinner at Strahov Abbey, where AECOS members were able to visit areas of the monastery not normally open to the public, including the library and the abbey gardens with a view of Prague.
During the congress, Stodůlka shared his experiences with LASIK surgeries and discussed sustainability options for cataract surgery. Friday's program ended with a cruise on the Vltava River.
Stodůlka, the first president of the European Section of AECOS from Central Europe, handed over his office during a dinner at the Lobkowicz Palace.
