The president of Olomouc Region and Vice President at Bausch & Lomb in GEMINI Zlin

GEMINI Eye Clinic in Zlin was visited by two very important gentlemen. The first one was Dr. Calvin W. Roberts, Chief Medical Officer & Vice President at Bausch & Lomb, Inc who came to observe some laser cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Pavel Stodulka on VICTUS femtosecond laser platform.

The other man was the president of Olomouc Region ing. Martin Tesarik who came to have his eyesight improved by the laser surgery.

The VICTUS femtosecond laser platform received the CE mark approval in Europe in November 2011; and on 6 August 2012 the two companies (Bausch + Lomb and TPV) announced that it received also the 510(k) Clearance from the US FDA (US Food and Drug Association).
